Sarbanes raises $74K in 2Q, $390K cash on hand

U.S. Rep. John Sarbanes (D-Towson), who currently holds Maryland’s 3rd Congressional District seat, reported $74,020.55 in total contributions for the second quarter, and has $390,420.62 cash on hand, according to the Federal Election Commission. 

Sarbanes raised $934,367.33 in total contributions to date for this election.

Fundraising numbers were unavailable for Thomas Harris, Sarbanes' Republican opponent.

First elected in 2006, Sarbanes represents MD-3.
