Edwards says Dems had a ‘home run opening day’

They “hit all the right notes,” the 4th District Democrat told PolitickerMD.com during the Tuesday breakfast for the Maryland delegation at the Renaissance Denver hotel.

Edwards said it's going to be important for the Democrats “to point to the actual record of John McCain.”

She also seemed very impressed by Michelle Obama’s keynote speech. “To me as a working mom...she spoke to who I am as an American,” she said. “Amazing, absolutely amazing speech!"
