Van Hollen to make pre-primary appearance in West Virginia
By Wally EdgeRep. Chris Van Hollen is scheduled to make a campaign appearance in Martinsburg, West Virginia at 1:00 p.m. today.
He'll be stopping at the Berekely County Democratic Headquarters with Ann Barth, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committe's 'Red-to-Blue' candidate taking on Rep. Shelley Moore Capito in the state's Second District.
