He doesn't stand much chance of winning the state, but McCain has made two public appearances in the state since becoming his the de-facto Republican nominee -- two more than Obama.

Did McCain really serve?
I recently heard a rumor that McCain was never actually in Vietnam during the war years, and that all the drama about his prisoner status has been a fabrication. It's hard to believe that a story that has been around so long could be false. Does anybody know about this?
