Kittleman-Jacobs?

One GOPer thinks the race to succeed state Senate Minority Leader David Brinkley is already decided.

Whip Allan Kittleman will step up to leader, and Nancy Jacobs will become whip -- a hybrid of the moderates and conservatives who clashed two years ago.

But the chance remain that the conservatives may seek to assert themselves. Some feel they deserve to be rewarded for refraining from scalping Brinkley at his weakest back in June.
